A NEW SEASON
Celebrating a fresh start in this renewed season, the summer menu at Summer Palace features a vibrant harvest of bright vegetables and fragrant fruit. Order a stunning platter of fresh Hokkigai Clams with Fresh Fruits and Crispy Charcoal Dough Fritters, or quell the heat with nourishing boiled soups of cooling watercress poached with yellow fungus and organic black garlic.
MICHELIN SET MENU
Marking the third year of Summer Palace’s one-Michelin star accolade, this five course celebratory menu is themed around the highlights of Chinese Executive Chef, Liu Ching Hai’s career. Three in Cantonese translates to saang, which sounds similar to 生 or life. Inspirations behind each dish were drawn from iconic moments, such as when he first learned the intricacies of stir-frying, right down to his early dates of fatherhood when he attempted to wean two fledgling gourmets. As Chef Liu marks a decade-long tenure at Summer Palace, we hope you are able to taste the passion and hard work that is imbued in every bite.

For a hassle-free takeaway experience, simply submit your order and payment online, select your desired pick-up date and time, and show up for your pick-up. Trained under Master Chinese Chefs Fok Wing Tin and Peter Tsang, Chef Liu's repertoire of delectable Cantonese cuisine has been savoured by international dignitaries, diplomats, Hollywood and Hong Kong celebrities; leading him to be recognised for the “Best Culinary Skills Award’’ in a competition hosted by the Hong Kong Tourism Association.
