AMERICAN WHISKEY EMBASSY
Putting a spotlight on the great whiskies from the United States of America, the bar team has scoured across the world to present a specially curated list of the American spirit, for the imbibing pleasure of serious whiskey drinkers and curious explorers. The collection now features over 220 bottles of whiskies, including a range of rare and collectible ones. All of which is housed in a Whiskey Glasshouse, an elegant space within the Ingredients Room that displays bottles of the exquisite golden-caramel liquid; an arresting showstopper wall of only the finest, that are as visually enticing as they taste.

MEET THE BARTENDER
A Philippine native, Gabriel Carlos' passion for the trade was ignited when he had a brush with bartending as part of his school curriculum in college. He fell in love with it and as they say, the rest was history. Gabriel, better known as Gab, started out his career as part of the opening team in Manhattan, the grand Hotel bar in Regent Singapore.
Then a Bartender, Gabriel honed his skills and established a strong foundation in his knowledge for artisanal spirits and classic cocktails. He has since been promoted to Assistant Bar Manager in 2016, where he continues to oversee the bar team and operations at the bar. Since then, he has been representing Manhattan at numerous guest shifts, bar conventions and trade seminars across the world, including Tales of the Cocktails, Bar Convent Brooklyn and Bar Convent Berlin.
