Throughout the month of December, lunches, dinners and brunches take on delicious festive twists. A kiddie's playroom complete with festive goodies, bouncy castle, game consoles, arts & crafts, is available for the little ones on December 25, 2019. They can expect some very special guests, including a magician and jolly ol’ Santa himself!

Piedmont has a cuisine unlike any other Italian region. Olives don't grow well in this climate and so the local cooking relies more on butter and lard, ingredients which lend a silky texture and hearty aroma. Gamey local meats and root vegetables are generally cooked for long periods on low heat, letting the flavours develop slowly and giving a deliciously rich, tasty character to Piedmontese dishes. The region is also home to Gorgonzola, white truffles and Barolo.

Meet Our Chef
Born and raised in a small village in northern Italy, Chef Luca Beccalli brings to his cooking a passion for authenticity and the curiosity to explore, which stems from his love for travelling and discovering new cultures.
In a culinary career that began at the age of 15, Chef Luca honed his skills at various fine dining and casual restaurants across Europe and North America, before making his first foray into Asia as Head Chef of our award-winning flagship Italian restaurant, Basilico. Remaining true to his roots, his stunning creations retain the traditional essence of a dish, home-style cooking delivered with modern flair, and are a vibrant reflection of his personality – young, colourful and Italian!
