Basilico’s wine dinners are always anticipated events with our guests. At this edition that pays homage to venerated wine region Veneto, the spotlight trains on Amarones from celebrated winery, Masi. Savour nuances of the rich Italian red in a four-course menu with pairings that include two of Amarone’s greatest expressions.

Head chef Luca Beccalli reprises 10 of Basilico’s best-selling signatures over the last 10 years to bring them back as choice mains for Basilico’s Basilissimo dinners. See why Chef Luca’s Wagyu Lasagne with Aged Parmesan Cheese Fondue and Beef Reduction remains a firm favourite and why the Crab Meat Fritters with Minted Eggplant Salad and Pickled Beetroot continues to win hearts.

Take the indulgence up a notch as you enjoy the delicious fromage with endless flow of premium wines and end your Wednesday on a high note.

Meet Our Chef

Luca Beccalli

Born and raised in a small village in northern Italy, Chef Luca Beccalli brings to his cooking a passion for authenticity and the curiosity to explore, which stems from his love for travelling and discovering new cultures.

In a culinary career that began at the age of 15, Chef Luca honed his skills at various fine dining and casual restaurants across Europe and North America, before making his first foray into Asia as Head Chef of our award-winning flagship Italian restaurant, Basilico. Remaining true to his roots, his stunning creations retain the traditional essence of a dish, home-style cooking delivered with modern flair, and are a vibrant reflection of his personality – young, colourful and Italian!
