Chongqing Grand Theatre

Ciqikou
Dating back 1,700 years, Ciqikou is Chongqing’s oldest and well preserved township, set on the banks of the Jialing River.

Dazu Rock Carvings
Marvel at these magnificent carvings and over 50,000 religious sculptures carved into the stone cliffs of Dazu, dating back to the 7th century.

Great Hall of Chongqing
One of the largest public halls in China, built in the 1950s as an auditorium for receiving important guests.

Hongyadong
Take the subway across the river to this ancient district built on the hillside, an excellent place to sample local delicacies, shop for handicrafts, and enjoy tea in one its hidden cafés.

Jiefangbei & Guanyinqiao
This lively pedestrianized street is a veritable shoppers’ paradise with shops of every size and persuasion, from upscale malls to chain stores, from traditional Chinese artisan shops to trendy boutiques.

Port Chaotianmen
A commercial port with a long history, Chaotianmen offers an incredible sense of life on the river at the point where the Yangtze River and Jialing River meet.

Three Gorges Museum
The museum exhibits cultural artefacts related to the Three Gorges and serves to preserve the history of Chongqing.

Wansheng Heishan Valley Tourism Area

Wulong Fairy Mountain
